Clive's Bathroom in Sussex
Mr Moore wanted his bathroom redone. He wasn't sure what he wanted and we came up with a number of ideas for him to chose from. He didn't want a run of the mill bathroom but obviously had budget restraints. We stripped the bathroom completely, moved his shower and radiator, tiled the walls with white marble-effect tiling. Behind the toilet and hand basin we created a feature wall with a weathered, rustic timber effect. The window style mirror gives the illusion of a bigger room and a window in the bathroom. Mr Moore was extremely happy with the outcome.
“Very professional job. I was not quite sure exactly
what I wanted and found Craig helpful and informative. He created
the perfect bathroom for me at a price that was within my budget. I found
the team tidy,
courteous and helpful and I am thrilled with the bathroom. I would
have no qualms about recommending The Handymen (Sussex) to all.”

Mark and Frances' Bathroom in Shoreham
Mark and Frances had decided to update their old leaking avocado green bathroom to something new, modern and refreshing. They love showers but also wanted a bath. So we fitted a nice large P shaped bath that would give them the room to shower in ease as well as offering a spacious bath when needed. We installed a lovely white vanity unit to keep toiletries out of sight with a matching toilet. Frances wanted something different on the floor to enhance the style and warmth of the bathroom so we went with incredibly luxurious looking Aquastep Waterproof Laminate Flooring in Anthracite.
“I am very happy to recommend Craig. He offers a reliable, professional and friendly service. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make it right for his customer. His work is of the highest quality too. We know who to call next time we need any building jobs done.”

Nathalie’s Bathroom in Worthing:
Nathalie had received my name through recommendation. Nathalie had her dream bathroom all picked out and knew exactly what she wanted. She just needed someone to make it a reality and bring the vision to life. We got to work stripping out the bathroom and shower to a bare shell and started fresh. I think the finished bathroom and shower enclosure definitely came to life, indicated by the continuous big WOW from Nathalie. We managed to colour match the hallway laminate with a perfect match in Karndean for the bathroom floor in keeping with the décor of the house.

Craig and Sarah's Bathroom in Worthing:
This was a fantastic project. The bathroom was completely stripped and the old nasty Artex scraped back. Walls and ceiling skimmed smooth. New dimmable ip65 LED down lights fitted. New plumbing run and a Gerberit slim line concealed system installed ready for a back to wall toilet. We removed a small storage cabinet at the end of the old bath to allow us to upgrade the bath from a 1700 x 700 to an impressive 1900 x 900 with no taps and only an Exo-Fill overflow (bath fills from the overflow). This allowed us to fit lever bath valves on the wall out of the way. Keeping with the minimalist look, a Mira Vision Dual Digital remote controlled shower (pumped) with a stunning flow rate. This had to be a one of a kind bathroom. It needed to be rustic yet very modern. This was made easier with the fantastic selection of tiles now available. We went with 2 different tiles. A Charcoal split face porcelain tile for behind the bath and a Grey Stone effect porcelain tile for the rest of the room. The floor was ply boarded over and a narrow plank Kenyan Tiger Wood Karndean laid. Adding an extra large 1800 x 750 chrome towel radiator and a full size wall mirror gives a great illusion of extra space. The final result is a stunning bathroom that will be enjoyed for years to come.
“I love my bathroom. My favourite room in the house. Thank you Craig and Michael for bringing my dream bathroom to life!”
~ Sarah & Craig, Worthing
Adam's Bathroom in Brighton:
This bathroom was part of the flat refurb for Adam. Adam likes his flats to look better than your average rental with little expense spared. A 10.5kw electric shower was added to this bathroom during the refit. The wall tiles are natural Travertine tile that were sealed and buffed. A motion-sensored wall cabinet with built in shaver point became the focal point with the ability to change the LED colours across a full colour range and shades.
Mark and Lesley’s Bathroom in Rustington:
This was a small and compact bathroom that needed the shower waste re- run under the floor to improve the drainage. Plumbing for the radiator was moved to under the window. At the same time, the floor was massively uneven and very noticeable especially when looking into the bathroom. The floor was uplifted, levelled and Hardiebacker laid ready to receive the floor tiles. We fitted a vanity unit with an integrated basin, toilet and storage as well as a fantastic 1200 x 1000 low level shower. This was complimented with a Mira Vision Dual remote shower, a polished chrome radiator and an Oak bathroom door. Just shower or even a small bathroom can still have the wow factor and that is what we strive for.
